The method comprises the steps of receiving the request of a client side and extracting tenant ID information in the request; sending the request to a corresponding server cluster according to the tenant ID information, and calculating the number of requests being processed by the server cluster; judging whether the number of requests is larger than a first preset threshold; establishing a new application server through IaaS platform docking if yes; adding the newly established application server into the server cluster, loading a required configuration file to the newly established application server from a configuration file repository through an autoscript, triggering synchronous operation, checking out codes in a central code repository to the newly established application server, and forwarding the request to the newly established application server after application deployment of the newly established application server is finished.
