The unit module includes an external bus adaptation interface, a program controlled processor, a timing control circuit, a data memory, a program memory, an analog telephone interface circuit, a man-machine interface circuit, a special signal tone circuit, and a sound recording circuit, wherein, the speech data between each telephone interface in the unit module adopts a digital time slot switch, and its data format and signaling is compatible to the digital program-controlled telephone switch. The invention combines the superiority of circuit switching and soft switching, adopts an independently operated unit module to configure according to requirement, so that the invention has advantages of modularization, digitalization, non-bottlenecks, adapting to various transport protocols, low application cost, high system reliability, good apparatus ductibility and so on.
