The cooling water jacket comprises: a body (1) formed by an annular chamber defined between a cylinder sleeve (3) and a cylinder block (4); and a water inlet (2) located at a side of the cylinder block (4) and communicated with an end of the body (1) at an outer side of a first cylinder block part (41), wherein an obstructing member (5) for partly obstructing flowing of a coolant is disposed within the body (1), and the obstructing member (5) is disposed at the same side as the water inlet (2) and close to a connection of adjacent cylinder block parts. Due to the obstructing member, the coolant flowing is obstructed at the side of the body (1) at which the water inlet (2) is located, so as to achieve basically equal cooling effects for the both sides of the body (1).
