A wireless communication device and a service restoration method are provided. The wireless communication device is communicated with multiple service networks through a shared antenna, the device comprises a first processor logic unit for detecting non-service state connected with a first service network of a first user identification card when multiple first time slots are used for realizing wireless transmission through a service area of a second service network, wherein a second user identification card is used for keeping the second service network; and a second processor logic unit for utilizing multiple second time slots to realize power scanning recovering from the non-service state. The wireless communication device and the service restoration method can be used for saving time for a user identification module recovering from the non-service state.
