The method comprises the following steps: receiving a signal indicating that the start key is clicked or selected, and enabling the terminal in an unlock state from a current interface to access to a multi-process operation support interface according to the received signal; receiving a signal indicating that an application icon in the multi-process operation support interface or/and an application or function in a function list is/are clicked and selected, and enabling the terminal to access to a man-machine operation interface corresponding to the application or function from the multi-process operation support interface; and meanwhile, storing the current interface into the multi-process operation support interface. The multi-process operation is implemented simply and conveniently through the start key, the corresponding operation can be completed by a single hand for the terminal like a smart phone, the requirement of human engineering and the demands of more application scenarios are met.
