Abstract

The invention provides a weather monitoring system based on a geographic information system. The weather monitoring system comprises weather monitoring stations arranged at different geographic positions, a general packet radio service (GPRS) network and a weather monitoring center based on the geographic information system, wherein the weather monitoring center comprises a weather monitoring working station for supplying human-machine interaction, and a first GPRS data transmission module, a geographic information system server, a weather data alarm server and a weather data historical record server which are connected with the weather monitoring working station; each weather monitoring station comprises a temperature sensor, a humidity sensor, a wind speed sensor, a wind direction sensor, an illumination sensor and a data acquisition card connected with the sensors; and the data acquisition cards are connected to a cluster and communicated with the weather monitoring center through the cluster. Due to the sensors, the weather monitoring center analyzes and processes data of weather information of the geographic positions, monitors running of equipment of the weather monitoring stations and concentratively manages weather monitoring.

Example Embodiment

[0011] The present invention will be further described below with reference to the drawings and embodiments.
[0012] Such as figure 1 , 2 As shown, the meteorological monitoring system based on the geographic information system of the present invention is mainly composed of meteorological monitoring stations arranged in different geographic locations, a GPRS network for data communication, and a meteorological monitoring center based on the geographic information system.
[0013] Such as figure 2 As shown, the weather monitoring station includes temperature and humidity sensors, wind speed and wind direction sensors, light sensors, and a data acquisition card connected to these sensors, and the data acquisition card is connected to the cluster head. The weather monitoring station communicates with the first GPRS data transmission module of the weather monitoring center through the cluster head using the GPRS network.
[0014] The weather monitoring center includes: a first GPRS data transmission module, a geographic information system server, a weather data alarm server, a weather data history server, a weather sensor equipment maintenance server, and a weather monitoring workstation. The weather monitoring workstation completes human-computer interaction, and it is respectively connected with the first GPRS data transmission module, the geographic information system server, the weather data alarm server, the weather data history record server, and the weather sensor equipment maintenance server.
[0015] Such as image 3 Shown is the structure diagram of the cluster head of the present invention, which is mainly composed of an ARM processor core board, an RS485 module, a power supply module and a second GPRS module. The RS485 module, the power supply module and the second GPRS module are all connected to the ARM processor core board. The invention adopts an ARM processor and embeds a real-time operating system to effectively manage the collection of meteorological data and the data communication with the monitoring center. The data acquisition card of each sensor is connected to the RS485 module through a communication line. The RS485 communication mode can effectively increase the distance between each sensor and the cluster head, thereby avoiding the constraint of the distance between the sensor and the cluster head. The power module is a conventional method, which provides stable working power for various electrical components. The second GPRS module realizes data communication with the weather monitoring center.
[0016] The weather monitoring station senses weather information through temperature and humidity sensors, wind speed, wind direction sensors, and light sensors, and digitally processes the above information through a data acquisition card, and then enters it through RS485 communication image 3 In the ARM core board, through the software program, the meteorological data is stored and calculated, and passed image 3 The second GPRS module in GPRS sends the processed weather data to the weather monitoring center.
[0017] The meteorological monitoring center receives the meteorological data from different meteorological monitoring stations through the first GPRS data transmission module, and stores the meteorological data in the meteorological data history server. The geographic information system server is installed with a GIS system and is responsible for updating the geographic information of the meteorological monitoring station. Information, weather data alarm server is responsible for recording and providing weather alarm data.
[0018] The present invention adds the self-checking and maintenance functions of meteorological equipment on the basis of traditional meteorological monitoring. This function is mainly realized by software in the ARM processor. By collecting and scanning the data of each sensor, the quality of the sensor is judged, and the The sensor equipment information is sent to the weather monitoring center, and the weather monitoring equipment of each weather monitoring station is maintained and managed through the weather sensor equipment maintenance server.
[0019] It can be seen from the above that the present invention adds a geographic information system to the traditional weather monitoring, which effectively improves the management of the weather monitoring, and therefore, can better meet the requirements of the weather monitoring system.
