The front end of the base is connected with the blown sand retaining plate. The base and the blown sand retaining plate form an L shaped. A support frame is arranged below the front end of the base. The novel self-elevation sand retaining plate further comprises a pillar which is arranged at the front end of the base. The lower end of the pillar is fixed on the ground and the upper end of the pillar stretches out upwards and is connected on the front end of the base or the lower end of the blown sand retaining plate through a flexible rope or a chain. The support frame is arranged below the front end in a connected mode so that a certain space is reserved below the base and partial blown sand can fill in and the function of self elevation can be achieved. The upper end of the pillar is above the ground by a certain distance so that the flexible rope or the chain pulls the blown sand retaining plate upwards in order to prevent the retaining plate from being turned over by blowing and prevent horizontal acting force of pull force which affects elevation of the retaining plate.
