Abstract

The invention provides an agitation reactor. The agitation reactor comprises a container (1) and an agitating device (2), wherein the agitating device (2) is mounted in the container (1), the agitating device (2) comprises a rotating shaft (16) and agitating paddles (17), the agitating paddles (17) are mounted on the rotating shaft (16), and horizontal shear plates (19) are arranged in the container (1) and are fixedly connected with the container (1). According to the agitation reactor provided by the invention, when the agitation reactor works, materials are agitated by the agitating device and shorn by the shear plates, and thus, a turbulent flow state of fluid is enhanced, and the mixing of a solid phase and a liquid phase is relatively uniform, so that the agitation reactor provided by the invention is particularly suitable for systems in which solid particles and liquid are mixed to react or form thick fluid.
