The invention relates to medium-temperature solar-powered cool boiled water and hot water supplying efficient energy-saving equipment, which comprises a machine case, a medium-temperature solar-powered heat collector, a cool boiled water tank, a bathing water tank and an automatic intelligent numerical control metering unit, wherein a plate type heat exchanger II and a plate type heat exchanger III for boiling water, a high-temperature boiled water rapid-cooling residual heat recycling plate type heat exchanger I, an auxiliary electric heater I, an auxiliary electric heater II and a pipeline are arranged in the machine case; the pipeline is provided with an electromagnetic valve and a temperature control probe; the electromagnetic valve and the temperature control probe are connected with the automatic intelligent numerical control metering unit; and the automatic intelligent numerical control metering unit is used for receiving a signal of the temperature control probe, and controlling the opening and closing of the electromagnetic valve, or determining the opening and closing of the electromagnetic valve according to set time. Compared with the conventional electric heating water boiling furnace or an oil boiler for boiling drinking water and bathing water, the equipment has the advantages that the annual average energy saving rate and the saving rate of energy consumption are over 80 percent.
