Thesystem comprises an audio and video data acquisition module, an information identification module, an error correction evaluation module, a teaching policy module and other modules. An audio sensor and a video sensor acquire the face images and voice signals of learners; the information identifies fused mouth shapes, pronunciation and emotion of the learners; the error collection evaluation module automatically evaluates the pronunciation mouth shapes of the learners and detects the differences between pronunciation mouth shape data and standard data stored in a standard pronunciation mouth shape databases, automatically selects a proper time to show the reasons of incorrect pronunciation and correction means and provides a correct pronunciation mouth shape and animated demonstration; andthe teaching policy module makes a teach-student one-by-one interactive personalized teaching implementation solutions according to evaluation data and emotion states. The invention relates to a mini-size underwater observing robot, which comprises an underwater robot body and an above-water control box, wherein, two sides of an electronic cabin on the underwater robot body are horizontally provided with a left propeller, a right propeller and a lamp; a middle part on the electronic cabin is vertically provided with a vertical propeller; a bracket and a manipulator are arranged together with a lower part of the electronic cabin, the interior of which is provided with a compass, a temperature gauge, a depth gauge and a control circuit board; a front part on the electronic cabin is provided with a camera with variable focus, a camera pan and tilt and a lamp; a back part on the electronic cabin is provided with a camera with fixed focus; video images are transferred to a display on the above-water control box through shielded cable; the above-water control box consists of a control panel, a control circuit, a liquid crystal display and a chassis body. The invention transfers the shapes and the movement state of observed objects under water to the above-water control box through a video sensor, so the repair personnel can analyze the images; besides, the arranged manipulator can carry out grabbing work with light weight.

A portable device for the live scanning of fingerprint, facial and crime scene images and the wireless transmission of said images to a central host system for identity verification. The portable device has the ability to allow the user to operate the device with a single hand. It can scan and record live fingerprint slap or roll images (via optical, solid state, or video sensors). It also includes a baffle that assists with the mechanical alignment of the fingerprints on the fingerprint sensor receiving surface and prevents bright light sources from interfering with fingerprint scans. The portable device also can scan, display, and record latent fingerprint images. It also has other data receiving and transmission functions, such as displaying and recording facial and incident scene images in conditions ranging from well lit to total darkness, recording and playing back incident scene audio information for incident description and contacting voice recordings for identification. The portable apparatus can also scan, record, and interpret magnetic stripe, smart card, or bar code information from standard and non-standard cards. It also obtains, displays, and records geographical position for incident description, mapping, and directional instruction to the user. It further provides an emergency transmission for assistance and provides a short-range wireless link to a mobile unit or a direct wireless link to the central site. It also provides for entry by the user of text data for demographics or operator use through either keyboard or voice activation.
