The three-phase 24-pulse traction rectifier transformer consists of two 12-pulse rectifier transformers, wherein the phase-shifting angle of high-voltage windings of the three-phase 24-pulse traction rectifier transformer can be subjected to double-gear adjustment at 7.5 DEG; and the phase-shifting angle of the high-voltage windings is adjusted, and the phase-shifting angle of the output voltage of the three-phase 24-pulse traction rectifier transformer is 7.5 DEG. When a plurality of three-phase 24-pulse traction rectifier transformers are operated in parallel, the phase angle of the high-voltage windings of one three-phase 24-pulse traction rectifier transformer (gear 1) is adjusted to differ from that of another three-phase 24-pulse traction rectifier transformer (gear 2) by 7.5 DEG at intervals. The 23 times and 25 times of rectification harmonic waves of the plurality of rectifier transformers can be mutually offset on a power grid side, and 5 times, 7 times, 11 times and 13 times of residual rectification harmonic waves of the plurality of 24-pulse rectifier transformers can be mutually offset on the power grid side partially, so that the harmonic waves of a power grid are reduced, and the quality of the power grid is improved.
