Abstract

The invention relates to an artificial synthetic adjuvant for avian influenza intranasal immunization, which belong to the technical field of biology and is specially used for applying avian influenza inactivated virus intranasal immunization. The function of CpG oligodeoxynucleotide (ODN) is closely related to the sequence and structural features. A plurality of CpG-ODN sequences are designed according to the relationship and the CpG-ODN sequence with an optimum immunologic adjuvant effect is screened through internal and external tests. An adopted formula is as follows: the sequence of 10-100mug of CpG-ODN F3 of each chick is 5'-TCGTCGTTGTCGTTTTGTCGTTGGGGGG-3'. The local mucous membrane immunization and whole humoral immunization levels can be effectively improved under the cooperation with avian influenza inactivated virus through intranasal immunity, a muscle injection immunization process is avoided, the chicken stress reaction is reduced, and guarantee is provided for improving chicken quality. Moreover, the CpG-ODN cost is lowered, and the possibility of widely applying the artificial synthetic adjuvant to poultry vaccines is increased.
