The measurer comprises a signal generator, an inductor module, an insulated measurement tube, an exciting electrode, a detection electrode, a rectifying filtering circuit, a data acquisition module and a computer, wherein the output of the signal generator excites the exciting electrode via the inductor module, the detection electrode obtains the solution conductivity measurement information in the insulated measurement tube, the rectifying filtering circuit and the data acquisition module convert the information into voltage signals to be transmitted to the computer, and the computer utilizes the one-to-one relationship between voltage and conductivity to obtain the conductivity measurement value of the object liquid. The invention utilizes serial resonance method to effectively eliminate the effect of coupling capacitance and parasitic capacitance on the conductivity measurement and expands the conductivity measurement range. The relative measurer has the advantages of wide measurement range, high sensitivity, simple structure, contactless property and low cost, which provides an effective path for measuring the liquid conductivity in tube.

The invention discloses a two-stage isomerism clustering underwater wireless sensor network and a routing method of the underwater wireless sensor network. The two-stage isomerism clustering underwater wireless sensor network comprises upper-layer sensor nodes, lower-layer sensor nodes, an offshore sink node and a base station on land. All the sensor nodes in a monitoring region of the underwater wireless sensor network form a two-stage isomerism clustering structure. The lower-layer sensor nodes form first-stage clusters and first-stage cluster head nodes. The upper-layer sensor nodes form second-stage clusters and a dynamic cluster head chain. Second-stage cluster head nodes transmit data to the offshore sink node through the dynamic cluster head chain. The offshore sink node is in direct wireless communication with the base station on land, and then the base station transmits the data to a remote control center. Through the method, average energy consumption of the nodes can be effectively reduced, the survival time of the network can be prolonged, and the underwater wireless sensor network is suitable for monitoring an underwater application environment with numerous nodes, high in expandability, more balanced in node energy consumption and suitable for large-scale application.

The invention discloses a method for producing biological butanol with straw-like materials or agricultural and forestry wastes, comprising the following steps: the straw-like materials or agricultural and forestry wastes are firstly crushed and then soaked in hot water; then diluted acid is used as catalyst for carrying out hydrolysis on the mixture; then solid-liquid separation is carried out on the mixture, the adsorption and decoloration as well as the solid-liquid separation are carried out the liquid part, ion exchange and deacidification are carried out on the liquid material to enable the liquid material to become aqueous solution containing pentose; solid matter of the hydrolyzed diluted acid is firstly washed by water and then cellulose in the solid matter is enzymolyzed to obtain the aqueous solution containing hexose; aqueous solution containing pentose is solely fermented or the aqueous solution containing pentose and the aqueous solution containing hexose are mixed and then fermented, rectification separation is carried out on the consequential fermentation broth to obtain acetone, butanol and ethanol. The method of the invention realizes the maximum utilization of the straw-like materials or agricultural and forestry wastes, reduces cost of acetone, butanol and ethanol, thus being suitable for industrial large-scale application.

The invention discloses a method and a device for capturing the carbon dioxide in the flue gas of a power station boiler. The device comprises a denitration, dust-removal and desulfurization system of a flue gas pretreatment system, and main tower equipment such as a water scrubbing tower, an absorption tower and a regeneration tower. The system also comprises a steam supply system, a solution storage tank system, a flue gas drying/ absorbing and heat exchange system, a solution absorption-generation system and an amine recovery heater. The method and the device organically integrate a power plant and carbon capture and storage (CCS) into one system, thus effectively utilizing the condition that a great deal of steam is supplied by the power plant, solving the problem that the water balance is destroyed by the flue gas with water entering a decarburization circulating system, and greatly reducing the consumption of a decarburization solvent. A solvent absorption-regeneration circulating system designed for the decarburization solvent is provided with a barren liquor heat exchanger, a barren/ rich liquid heat exchanger and a rich liquid heat exchanger, so that the energy utilization efficiency of the system is greatly improved, and the energy consumption of a CCS system is obviously reduced.
