A using method for the platform comprises that (1) the mobile electromagnetic propagation simulation terminals transmit personal parameters to the director control center through a GPRS module; (2) the director control center processes and sequences the parameters by using frequency equipment, and transmits related simulation parameters to the mobile electromagnetic propagation simulation terminals; (3) the mobile electromagnetic propagation simulation terminals calculate the propagation results of different electromagnetic sources by using a phase error (PE) electromagnetic propagation calculating module respectively, and the degree of electromagnetic interference to each terminal is acquired; and (4) different interference modes are applied to the mobile electromagnetic propagation simulation terminals. The platform has high real-time property and expandability, is good in user experience, and has a good communication command combat training effect in complex electromagnetic environments.
