Abstract

The invention relates to the field of wireless communication and discloses an automatic neighborhood relation measuring method. The automatic neighborhood relation measuring method comprises that a user terminal UE receives information sent by a network site, wherein the information comprises an automatic neighborhood relation (ANR) threshold value; and obtaining measurement signals of an adjacent cell, and reporting a measurement report when signal quantity of measurement signals achieves the ANR threshold value. The invention further discloses a terminal device and a base station device. By means of a scheme of an embodiment, the obtained signal quantity of measurement signals is compared with the ANR threshold value by setting the ANR threshold value, the ANR measurement report is reported by triggering when conditions are met, conditions that the UE frequently reports the ANR measurement report are avoided, and additionally the conditions that the UE filters new cells with wireless signals which do not achieve a switching threshold value are avoided.
