A vehicle-mounted computer automatically sends a charging booking request to a remote server according to a triggering condition, and the charging booking request comprises information of the vehicle position. After receiving the charging booking request, the remote server communicates with multiple charging stations through messages and chooses one charging station as a selected charging station according to the information of the vehicle position. The remote server sends a message of the selected charging station to the vehicle-mounted computer. The message of the selected charging station comprises information of the selected charging station. Therefore, the purpose of the vehicle automatic booking charging is achieved, and a vehicle owner does not need to expend energy to pay attention to whether the charging booking request needs to be sent or not.
