A micro-molecular metabolin comprises two blood metabolin marks, namely palmityl carnitine and carnitine; the molecular weights of the palmityl carnitine and the carnitine are 400.2634 and 161.20; and corresponding ions detected on a mass spectrum are 404.5532 and 160.7866. A clinical experiment shows that the accuracy of applying a chromatogram formed by a specific value of the two metabolism micro-molecules to judge the thyroid cancer is 74% and the accuracy of judging non-cancer (the benign thyroid tumor and the normal people) is 72.3%.
