The measuring method comprises the steps that a first base station sends information of at least one CSI-RS configuration collection to the UE, the first base station receives measuring results, on sub-collections or universal collections of corresponding measuring resources of the CSI-RS configuration collection, of the UE, and the CSI-RS configuration collection comprises at least two kinds of CSI-RS configuration. Through the technical scheme about measurement, the fact the CSI-RS is measured on a plurality of CSI-RS configuration is achieved, the problem that resource elements (RE) of the CSI-RS are sparse is solved, and measuring precision of the UE is improved.
