Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of seed ultra-dry preservation, and provides a leucaena leucocephala seed ultra-dry preservation method. According to the invention, silica gel and leucaena leucocephala seeds with a weight ratio of 6:1 are placed in a drying device, and dehydration drying is carried out under room temperature; dry silica gel processed through 120 DEG C bake-drying and cooling is replaced every day; the ultra-dry seeds are fetched after 5 days; the seeds are sealed in double-layer aluminum foil bags; and the seeds are preserved under room temperature. Before imbibition germination of the preserved ultra-dry leucaena leucocephala seed, a rewetting treatment is carried out, such that the vitality of the ultra-dry seeds is effectively ensured. Before rewetting of the ultra-dry seeds, the seeds are rewetted for 1.5-2.5 days in a drying device with saturated NH4Cl solution in the bottom; the seeds are then rewetted for 1.5-2.5 days in a drying device with water in the bottom; and the seeds are fetched and placed under room temperature. The leucaena leucocephala seed ultra-dry preservation method is simple and feasible, and has the advantage of low investment, low cost of year-round operation, high practicality, and high popularization and application values.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of super-dry preservation of seeds, in particular to a method for super-dry preservation of Leucaena seeds. Background technique [0002] Leucaena is native to the Americas and is a perennial shrub or tree of the genus Leucaena in the Mimosa subfamily of Fabaceae. It is self-pollinated, but interspecific hybridization can be carried out through artificial pollination. It is widely distributed in tropical and subtropical regions. At present, there are about 800 varieties of Leucaena cultivated in various countries in the world, which are divided into 3 major types: Hawaiian type (common type), El Salvador type (giant type), and Peruvian type (medium tree type). It is resistant to drought, barrenness, strong adaptability, fast growth and high yield, high nutritional value, good palatability, easy to cultivate, and the annual output of fresh stems and leaves is 37-60t / hm 2 , the content of crude protein in dry...
