A power supply access interface and an emergency button module are used for accessing a 5V direct current voltage which is converted and provided by commercial power through an adapter; a 5V to 3V step-down circuit module is used for converting the accessed 5V direct current voltage into a 3V direct current voltage; the 3V direct current voltage is used for charging a battery module through a charging and anti-overcharging circuit module; when the commercial power provides electricity, a power supply switching circuit module selects the 5V direct current voltage and supplies power for a lighting LED (Light Emitting Diode) module through a boosted circuit module; when the commercial power stops providing electricity, the power supply switching circuit module selects a direct current voltage output by the battery module to supply power for the lighting LED module. The emergency instruction power supply can be automatically charged under normal power supply, the battery module can be converted automatically for power supply during power failure or accidents, and emergency lighting is automatically turned on; the emergency use time lasts more than 100 minutes; the emergency instruction power supply has accurate overcharging protection function; and the reaction time of emergency conversion is shorter than 0.1 seconds.
