An adjusting nut is arranged at the top end of the expansion shaft. The ejecting block is provided with a stop screw. An archy ejecting pressing edge which matches with and is correspondingly clamped with the to-be-processed flange part is arranged in the inner side of the ejecting block. In use, the expansion sleeve can be sleeved in the spline inner hole of the flange part, the adjusting nut is screwed, and then the expansion shaft is pulled up to inflating the lower end of a sleeve body of the expansion bushing sleeved in the spline inner hole, so that the to-be-processed part is fixed; and the stop screw is adjusted to enable the ejecting block to compress to-be-processed part so as to firmly position the flange part on the jig, and then tooth broaching can be performed on the end face; and the broaching jig is scientific in overall design, convenient to operate, stable in processing, high in accuracy and reliable in quality.
