Abstract

The invention provides a mobile terminal positioning method based on QR codes. The method comprises the following steps that position point coordinates of a satellite navigation system are acquired; the position point coordinates or relative position point coordinates which are acquired after calculation and a corresponding electronic map identifier are encoded into the QR codes; a QR code picture is printed and pasted on a position point; a mobile terminal scans the QR code picture; the position point coordinates of the QR code picture and the corresponding electronic map identifier are decoded through a QR code decoder; the corresponding electronic map is called at the mobile terminal according to the map identifier; and the position of the position point is indicated. Data connection is not required by the positioning method, the method can be used indoors, and the method is particularly suitable for indoor or outdoor positioning of a large supermarket or shopping mall and a large exhibition.
