Abstract

The invention provides a valve assembly. The valve assembly comprises an elastic member, a valve housing having a flow passage, a valve body accommodated in the flow passage, and a sealing ember air-tightly fixed to the valve housing. The valve body includes a through hole that penetrates through the valve body and a convex cylinder extending outwards. The valve body can rotate about the convex cylinder. The sealing member abuts with the valve body and enables the through hole to be generally parallel with the flow passage when the flow passage is in conduction. The through hole is generally vertical to the flow passage when the flow passage is cut-off. Two ends of the elastic member respectively abut with the valve housing and the convex cylinder, and push the valve body to the sealing member. The elastic member enables the valve body to be in a floatable state with the support of spring force. As a result, the manufacture or assembling precision of the valve assembly can be suitably reduced, and manufacture cost is effectively reduced.
