The hydraulic-expansion recyclable whipstock comprises a setting device, a setting head 7 and an unsetting device 8, wherein the setting device comprises a guide head 1, a rubber sleeve assembly 2, an inner supporting tube 3, a joint 4, a one-way valve assembly 5 and wedged iron 6. Two ends of the rubber sleeve assembly 2 are fixedly connected with the guide head 1 and the joint 4 respectively, and two ends of the inner part of the joint 4 are fixedly connected with the inner supporting tube 3 and the one-way valve assembly 5 respectively. When the whipstock sets, a drill rod is connected with the whipstock through the setting head 7, high-pressure water is poured into the rubber sleeve assembly 2, a rubber sleeve is expanded to adjoin the hole wall of a drill hole, and finally setting is realized.
