According to the method, a gas holder is disposed near each of the margin oil wells to collect natural gas vented by each of the wells, and by utilization of a vehicular mobile processing device, the natural gas in the gas holders is retrieved in a mobile manner among a plurality of the wells. The atmospheric-pressure gas holders in the invention can directly adopt gas holders sold in the market and can also adopt pressurized gas holders. The method stores all the natural gas vented by the small-reserve margin oil wells for unified treatment. The method has good economic efficiency and applicability, and deserves popularization.
