The throttling device 1 includes a fluid collector 10 and a sleeve 20 arranged in the inner cavity of the fluid collector 10 . The throttling device 1 also comprises an inlet 11 and a plurality of outlets 12 on the outer wall of the fluid collector 10 where these outlets 12 become fittings 14 for pipeline connection. The sleeve 20 includes a plurality of holes 21 , 22 extending through the wall of the sleeve 20 from an inner surface 25 of the sleeve 20 to an outer surface 24 of the sleeve 20 . The sleeve 20 is displaceable in a movement direction 60 relative to the fluid collector 10 . In addition, shown in figure 1 The sleeve 20 in has a first circular cross-section so that the sleeve 20 can be displaced in the lumen of the fluid collector 10 having a second circular cross-section.
