Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of medicine, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a model for animals with living hypertension due to drinking. The model can be used for the screening, the pharmacological research and the pesticide effect evaluation of the medicine for treating the living hypertension. Through the adoption of the method that on the basis of a normal SD rat, the rat freely drinks alcohol everyday, (at first, drinking the alcohol with the volume concentration of 5 to 10 % for 3 to 7 days casually, then drinking more 2 to 5 % every one week until the volume concentration is 15 to 20 %; then drinking more 1 to 3 % every one week until the volume concentration is 21 to 25 %; then drinking by lasting the same concentration) for 8 to 17 weeks, the model for the animals with the living hypertension is created. The model screening indexes are mainly systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and mean pressure, and the systolic pressure is taken as a primary one; meanwhile the indexes in blood serum and urine are taken as supplements to be used for monitoring the influence of the long-term free drinking of the gradient concentration alcohol on the rat blood pressure and the functions of visceral organs such as a liver and a kidney.
