Abstract

The invention discloses a deicing method for a deicing optical fiber composite overhead ground wire wound by insulated wires. The method comprises steps as follows: (1) configuring the insulated wires; (2) winding the insulated wires; (3) connecting core wire brackets; (4) grouping the insulated wires; (5) configuring a DC (direct current) deicing device; (6) starting the DC deicing device; (7) observing icing, and closing the DC deicing device after the icing falls off; (8) disconnecting the insulated wires which are connected to the DC deicing device, and grounding the insulated wires; and (9) grounding the parallel-connection ends of the insulated wires in the step (4). The method has the advantages as follows: (1) the method is simple and easy to operate; (2) normal functions of the optical fiber composite overhead ground wire during deicing can still be maintained, and other operations on the optical fiber composite overhead ground wire are not influenced; and (3) large direct current is used for melting ice, so that the labor intensity of manual deicing can be greatly reduced, and the deicing safety is improved.
