Abstract

Relating to processing of an agricultural product, the invention discloses a method for extraction of effective components in ginger. The method comprises the steps of: (1) water extraction: taking a tuber of Sichuan small turmeric, cutting it into 1-2mm slices, putting the slices into a beater to undergo beating, filtering the beaten slurry with a 400 sieve to obtain a filtrate A1 and a filter residue B1; (2) preparation of the filtrate A into ginger paste powder C1: sending the filtrate A into a triple-action energy-saving concentrator to concentrate it into a clear paste to perform spray drying, and then conducting smashing to obtain the ginger paste powder C1; (3) preparation of the filter residue B1 into filter residue B2; (4) preparation of the filtrate A2 into ginger essential oil D1: subjecting the filtrate A2 to reduced pressure distillation to remove ethanol, thus obtaining the ginger essential oil D1; and (5) preparation of the filter residue B2 into ginger starch and ginger powder.
