The step of obtaining the first weighted vector further comprises the processes that an upstream channel is estimated according to detection reference signals sent by a terminal, and the first weighted vector is obtained by the utilization of the reciprocity of the upstream channel and a downstream channel. The step of obtaining the second weighted vector further comprises the processes that the terminal sends channel state information reference signals so that the terminal can feed back a precoding matrix index number determined according to the channel state reference signals; the precoding matrix index number fed back by the terminal is received, the second weighted vector is determined according to the index number, and the second weighted vector is a precoding matrix corresponding to the precoding matrix index number.
