Abstract

The invention discloses an isostatic compaction mould, compaction method utilizing the mould and accessories of the mould for powder sintering materials, and the filling speed of powdery materials in a mould cavity can be controlled. The isostatic compaction mould comprises an outer mould and a mould core, a long and narrow cavity is formed between the outer mould and the mould core, a material injection port is formed in the upper end of the cavity, and the powdery materials for compaction enter the cavity through the material injection port and fall through the gravity to fill the cavity. A material supporting device is arranged in the cavity, when the powdery materials are filled into the cavity, the material supporting device is driven by a position control mechanism which does not affect filling operation to move in the cavity from top to bottom. In the process of filling, the powdery materials do not fall off freely any longer; however the powdery materials are supported by the material supporting device and fall slowly along with the material supporting device. In the process of falling, the evenly-mixed powdery materials are pushed and squeezed to move downwards together in a pushed mode, segregation does not happen, and components of the powdery materials in each portion of the cavity are even after the cavity is filled with the powdery materials.
