Abstract

The invention discloses a cleaning device, an image holder unit and an image forming device. The cleaning device includes a rotating member, a plate-shaped member, and a toner conveying member. The rotating member abuts against the cylindrical surface of the image holder at a position above the rotation axis of the image holder. The tip portion of the plate-shaped member abuts on the cylindrical surface at a position upstream in the rotation direction of the image holder above the rotational axis of the image holder, that is, at a contact position of the rotating member on the cylindrical surface. The toner conveying member is disposed above the plate-shaped member at a position facing the peripheral surface of the rotating member. Thereby, the toner scattered from the grinding roller is prevented from excessively accumulating on the toner seal.
