Abstract

The present invention provides a large-scale MIMO wireless communication method based on pilot multiplexing. A large-scale antenna array is configured on a base station side, and a base station wirelessly communicates with multiple users on a same time-frequency resource. Pilot signals used by the different users that communicate with the base station on the same time-frequency resource are not required to be completely orthogonal, same pilot can be multiplexed between the different users, and the length of the pilot signals and the number of pilots can be smaller than the number of the users that communicate on the same time-frequency resource. The users send mutually-orthogonal detection signals, and the base station acquires statistic channel information of the users according to the received detection signals, and distributes pilot signals to dispatched users. The dispatched users send the respective distributed pilot signals, and the base station side performs uplink robust reception and downlink robust precoding transmission according to the statistic characteristics of channel estimated values and channel estimated errors. The present invention can reduce the pilot cost of a system, and improve the spectrum efficiency and the power efficiency of a wireless communications system.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) wireless communication using multiple antennas, in particular to a large-scale MIMO wireless communication method based on pilot frequency multiplexing. Background technique [0002] With the popularization and application of smart mobile terminals and the continuous development of new mobile service requirements, the demand for mobile communication transmission rates continues to grow exponentially. In order to meet the needs of future mobile communication applications, it is necessary to deeply mine and utilize space wireless resources to greatly improve the spectrum utilization and power utilization of wireless communication. The MIMO wireless transmission technology using multi-antenna transmission and multi-antenna reception is a basic technology to improve the spectrum and power efficiency of wireless communication, and has been one of the mainstream technologies in the f...
