The invention discloses a novel medical hand-washing solution and a preparation method thereof. The novel medical hand-washing solution is composed of the following compositions in parts by weight: 4-8 parts of sodium dodecyl benzenesulfonate, 3-5 parts of fatty alcoholpolyoxyethylene ether, 1-3 parts of lauric diethanolamide, 2-3 parts of disodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate, 1-3 parts of carboxymethyl cellulose, 0.2-0.4 part of sodium citrate, 3-5 parts of glycerin, 1-3 parts of acetylated lanolin, 0.1-0.3 part of rose essence and 80-100 parts of water. Compared with prior art, the novel medical hand-washing solution comprises the following beneficial effects: (1) the hand-washing solution has wide-spectrum sterilization disinfection functions and can kill multiple bacteria and viruses; (2) the hand-washing solution is stable in property and is not influenced by temperature, organic substances and the like; (3) the hand-washing solution is nontoxic and innocuous, and has small stimulation on skin; and (4) the hand-washing solution is low in cost and simple in preparation technology, and human skin or fabric cannot be colored by the hand-washing solution.
