Abstract

The invention provides a UI (user interface) text detection method and device which are used for automatically detecting whether the content of a text component overflows or not under a multi-language condition. The method includes the steps: analyzing a first language package to obtain a first language text unit; acquiring character information of the first language text unit and capacity information about a first language of the text component; judging whether the content overflows or not when the first language text unit is loaded into the text component according to the character information of the first language text unit and the capacity information about the first language of the text component; marking the text component if the content overflows. By implementing the method, the text component with content overflow can be automatically detected when a UI of an ultrasonic diagnostic device is designed, and then a UI designer is reminded of subsequent processing.
