Abstract

The invention provides a demagnetization detection method, a demagnetization detection circuit and a constant current driver applying the demagnetization detection circuit. The demagnetization detection circuit comprises a switching tube (M2), a bias unit (10) and a comparison unit (COMP1), wherein the drain electrode end of the switching tube (M2) is connected with energy storage elements under detection (L and T); the bias unit (10) is connected with the grid electrode end of the switching tube (M2) to sample a signal of the grid electrode end of the switching tube (M2) and sends the sampled signal to the comparison unit (COMP1); different input ends of the comparison unit (COMP1) receive the signal from the bias unit (10) and voltage reference (VREF_DM) and compare the signal from the bias unit (10) with the voltage reference (VREF_DM). By means of the demagnetization detection circuit, detection on demagnetization completion of the energy storage elements is performed directly through the switching tube, therefore, design cost and size of the circuit can be reduced, and application flexibility can be improved.
