Problems solved by technology

The existing spatial extension arms usually use a slider linkage mechanism to achieve interlocking and unlocking functions, which requires high motion and dynamic performance of the mechanism, and it is difficult to achieve the requirements of step-by-step sequential deployment and retraction
For different retractable mechanisms, parameters such as the length of the connecting rod and the stiffness of the spring need to be re-determined, and the versatility is low

Abstract

The invention discloses an interlocking and unlocking device for a spatial extending arm. The interlocking and unlocking device comprises a locking assembly, an interlocking and unlocking assembly and a lock hole patch, wherein a lock block is coupled to the back wall surface of each level of the spatial extending arm through an unlocking shaft, and can rotate around a revolving shaft through a torsion spring; on one side of the unlocking shaft, the end of the lock block is connected with a locking roller through a shaft; the other side of the unlocking shaft is connected with a support wheel through a shaft, and the end is connected with an unlocking wheel through a shaft; the interlocking and unlocking assembly is fixedly connected with the back end of each level through a screw, and comprises an interlocking block and an unlocking block; the interlocking block is provided with a limiting slope and an arc-shaped interlocking surface; the unlocking block is provided with an unlocking slope; the interlocking block is hinged to the unlocking block, and a torsion spring and a limiting structure are arranged on the interlocking block to realize single-direction rotation of the unlocking block. In extending or retracting process of each level of the spatial extending arm, each level can be unlocked and interlocked in sequence through matching movement between the lock block and lock hole patch as well as between the lock block and the interlocking and unlocking assembly. The interlocking and unlocking device has the advantages that failure actions under possible disturbance are avoided, and the device can be applied to a staged extension-retraction spatial extending arm with various applications.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of mechanical technology, and relates to a device capable of realizing the step-by-step expansion and retraction of a one-dimensional folding mechanism, specifically, an interlocking and unlocking device for a spatially extending arm. Background technique [0002] As a space folding mechanism, the space extension arm has the advantages of simple structure, small mass and volume, high rigidity and strength, repeatable deployment and folding, and high positioning accuracy and reliability. It is widely used in the field of aerospace technology. [0003] The locking, unlocking and interlocking device is the core device of the space extension arm, and its performance determines the overall function of the space extension arm. Under the driving action, the functions of unlocking and locking, unlocking and interlocking can be completed between the stages of the space extension arm, so as to realize the step-by-step unfolding...
