Abstract

According to the invention, four overground layers of a city are completely overhead to improve building heights and densities. Various passage modes are divided to the four layers to be arranged. A first layer is used for track traffic, lines are in a unidirectional double helix shape; a second layer is an intelligent free passage layer comprising a large plane and a small amount of parking areas, only intelligent unmanned electric taxis can pass, and all the vehicles run according to lines, speeds and directions set by a computer; a third layer and a fourth layer are used for enabling automobiles and bicycles to run along two reverse and intercommunicated unidirectional spiral roads; and a fifth layer is used for walking. A novel city form enabling the cities to be distributed like numerous stars in a large area and keep mutual high associations is achieved.
