The designing method comprises the steps that 1 the size of the cross section of the transverse underpinning beam is determined; 2 calculation units for designing the transverse underpinning beam are chosen; 3 longitudinal ribs inside the transverse underpinning beam are determined; 4 hoop ribs inside the transverse underpinning beam are determined; 5 calculation checking is conducted on local pressure bearing force of wall bodies at the two ends; 6 calculation checking is conducted on local punching shear bearing force of underpinning systems at the two ends.
