By adopting the local IP access connection release method and the MRN of the invention, under the condition that a mobile relay supports LIPA, the continuity of the LIPA connection of the UE in the handover process of the MRN is ensured, the continuity of LIPA services of the UE is ensured, and the user serving quality and user experience are improved.
