Abstract

Accuracy of positioning results can be ensured by the method no matter what percentage of underground cables. The method comprises that: a zero sequence component and a positive sequence component in a power grid are calculated on the basis of the distributed capacitance; and a negative sequence component, the calculated zero sequence component and the calculated positive sequence component are utilized to confirm distance from a ground fault point to a measurement point.
