The transport terminal processor is used for acquiring the real-time information, acquired by the sensor, of the cargo tank to form real-time data of the cargo tank and sending the real-time data of the cargo tank to the server. The server is used for receiving the real-time data of the cargo tank and judging the current quality and the current state of the cargos loaded by the cargo tank according to the real-time data of the cargo tank to acquire the current state of the cargo tank. The sensor is connected with the transport terminal processor, and the transport terminal processor is in communication connection with the server through a wireless network.
