The invention provides an electronic device and an antenna adjustment method thereof. The electronic device comprises an antenna, a metal frame, a sensing circuit, a control circuit, and at least one adjustment circuit. The metal frame is around a substrate of the electronic device. The sensing circuit is arranged on the substrate, and comprises a number of sensing elements. Each sensing element is used for detecting whether an object is around the metal frame. The sensing circuit decides whether to transmit a number of sensing signals generated by the sensing elements according to the detection results of the sensing element. The control circuit queries a holding posture comparison table according to the sensing signals, and generates a control signal. At least one adjustment circuit is electrically connected with the antenna, and adjusts the resonant frequency of the antenna according to the control signal.
