Abstract

The cotton-imitated polyester is prepared by taking 1.5 D*38 mm polyester fiber and viscose as raw materials, and is prepared by the following steps: (1) cleaning: utilizing a cotton cleaner to enable mixed raw materials to form rolls; (2) carding: utilizing a carding machine to prepare the rolls into card slivers; (3) drawing: utilizing a drawing frame to draw the card slivers into drawn slivers; (4) roving: utilizing a roving frame to stretch the drawn slivers to be thinner to rough yarns; (5) spinning: utilizing a spinning frame to stretch the rough yarns to yarns with a certain count; (6) winding: utilizing a winding machine to roll the spun yarns to conical yarns on cones; (7) weighing and packaging the finished blended yarns, wherein the weight percentage of the polyester fiber is 55-65%, and the weight percentage of the viscose is 35-45%.
