Embodiment 1

[0017] Embodiment 1, the application of α-mangostin in the prevention and treatment of plant diseases

[0018] In the separation and purification of mangosteen agricultural bactericidal active substances, the inventors found that α-mangostin has a control effect on plant pathogenic bacteria by using the activity tracking method. Take the following experiment as an example to verify the effect of α-mangostin in preventing and controlling plant diseases.

[0019] 1. Preparation of α-mangostin

[0020] The method of reference (Zhang Chengzhong, Bu Qitao, Liu Fagui, Zheng Yinan. Determination of α-mangostin and water-soluble polysaccharide in mangosteen husk. Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis, 2012,32(2):345-248) dried mangosteen The fruit shells are crushed through a 40-mesh sieve, cold-soaked overnight with 80% (volume percent concentration) ethanol solution, and subjected to an ultrasonic extraction machine (frequency: 1200 Hz, ultrasonic 20 min each time, working interval: 0...

Abstract

The invention discloses an application of alpha-mangostin in controlling plant diseases. Tests prove that alpha-mangostin has agricultural fungicidal activity. The compound has very strong fungistatic action on mango anthracnose pathogens, diplodina sp., botrytis cinerea, and exserohilum turcicum when the testing concentration is 100 mg / L, and has an EC50 value of 18 mg / L-35 mg / L; the compound has certain spore germination inhibition effect on exserohilum turcicum and botrytis cinerea, and the EC50 values are 66.20 mg / L and 50.43 mg / L respectively; meanwhile, in-vivo test results show that the compound has very good protection and treatment effects on rubber tree powdery mildew when the testing concentration is 500 mg / L, and the protection and treatment effects on rubber tree powdery mildew are 75.61% and 70.12% respectively, which are higher than those of a control drug of prochloraz. The above results indicate that alpha-mangostin has broad-spectrum fungistatic action on plant pathogenic fungi, which lays the foundation for the development of novel pollution-free plant-derived pesticides by further using mangosteen shells.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the application of α-mangostin in preventing and controlling plant diseases, in particular to the application of α-mangostin and its use as a fungicide in preventing and controlling plant diseases. Background technique [0002] Mangosteen (Garcinia mangostana L.), also known as mangosteen, mangosteen, and phoenix fruit, is known as the "Queen of Fruits" and is the fruit of the evergreen tree mangosteen of the genus Garcinia in the family Guttiferae. Native to Indonesia and Malaysia, it is a typical tropical fruit. It is mainly distributed in Southeast Asian countries such as Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines, and is widely cultivated in Guangxi, Hainan and other regions of China. Mangosteen peel has been used as traditional medicine in Southeast Asian countries to treat abdominal pain, diarrhea, dysentery and other diseases. In recent years, many researchers have conducted research on its chemical co...
