Face tracking recognition technique based on video

The invention relates to a face tracking recognition technique based on a video. The technique provided by the invention comprises the following steps: detecting the decoded video frame by frame; merging the number of faces and the position information of the faces into face activity position sequences; preprocessing the sequences; clustering the face activity position sequences into the face continuous activity region sequence of the same person by adopting a tracking algorithm; selecting an optimal face from each sequence by adopting face quality evaluation; carrying out normalization processing; carrying out Gabor conversion in a frequency region; carrying out histogram statistics on a converted image; solving a characteristic value; and finally, carrying out two-two subtraction on the characteristic values of the optimal faces in the different sequences and inputting the obtained statistic attribute characteristic value into a face recognizer for face matching, thereby recognizing the face activity tracking sequence of each person. Through the technique provided by the invention, the accuracy of sequence classification can be ensured, the times for characteristic extraction and face comparison are reduced, the problem that the faces cannot be tracked after being lost in the traditional face tracking is solved, and super real-time processing of a high-definition video is realized.

High-Reliability Product/Activity Tracking System

Disclosed herein is a tracking system configured to track a product and/or an activity. The tracking system comprises a tracing device and a verification server. The tracing device is coupled with the verification server by means of communication means configured to allow exchange of data between the tracing device and the verification server. The tracing device is coupled with a first satellite localization receiver which is configured to receive signals from a satellite localization system, process the received signals to obtain satellite localization observables, and compute locations based on the satellite localization observables. The tracing device is configured to acquire from the first satellite localization receiver positioning data. The positioning data comprise a location computed by the first satellite localization receiver, and a location time which represents time and data at which the location is computed by the first satellite localization receiver. The positioning data are related to a product and/or an activity to be tracked. The tracing device is further configured to select a satellite localization observable based on which location is computed by the first satellite localization receiver, and to acquire from the satellite localization receiver the selected satellite localization observable. The tracing device is further configured to provide the verification server with the positioning data and the satellite localization observable acquired from the satellite localization receiver. Moreover, the verification server, in turn, is configured to perform a location consistency check based on the location comprised in the positioning data provided by the tracing device, and on the satellite localization observable provided by the tracing device. The verification server is further configured to generate a validation code on the basis of an outcome of the location consistency check, and on the basis of the positioning data provided by the tracing device. The verification server is further configured to provide the tracing device with the generated validation code. Furthermore, the tracing device is configured to store the positioning data and the validation code provided by the verification server on tracking means associated with the product and/or the activity to be tracked.

Animal activity tracking system based on infrared thermal imaging

The invention presents an animal activity tracking system based on infrared thermal imaging, which comprises a main control system, an infrared thermal imaging module, an animal activity identification module, a holder control module, a data storage module and a wireless communication module. The main control system is in communication connection with the infrared thermal imaging module, the animal activity identification module and the holder control module through the wireless communication module, and is in data connection with the data storage module. The infrared thermal imaging module takes infrared thermal images of a monitoring area at a certain sampling frequency, and transmits the images to the animal activity identification module through the main control system. The animal activity identification module recognizes an animal in the infrared thermal images. The holder control module makes the infrared thermal imaging module continuously track and take images of the animal according to the identification result of the animal activity identification module. Through use of a digital image processing technology, a continuous shooting mode can be started automatically as needed for animals above a designated size. Therefore, the success rate of shooting for large animals is improved.
