Accordingly, the framework provides novel capabilities for a device to be provisioned and assigned with an eSIM profile, whether the eSIM profile is a new profile (e.g., a new account for the device) or reinstatement of a previously deleted profile (e.g., via a factory reset, for example, a mobile device management (MDM) wipe).
