failure probability is calculated by combining prediction
delay and a failure benchmark, and a quantitative task decision risk
score is constructed; when the risk
score exceeds a preset threshold value, the
system starts a constraint optimization process, and generates and issues an optimal
shunting strategy; according to the invention, through digital twinborn
simulation, conversion from passive response to congestion to active prediction of
delay distribution and risk decision is realized.
