The present invention relates to a method for sending channel quality information in a multi-carrier radio communication system comprising at least one mobile terminal and at least one base station, said channel quality information being sent on a signaling channel by said mobile terminal to said base station. According to the present invention, the method comprises the steps of: performing channel quality measurements on a plurality of frequency sub-carriers; generating and sending a first report over said signaling channel, said first report comprising a first channel quality information depending on said channel quality measurements on at least one sub-carrier, said at least one sub-carrier building an herein called first group of sub-carriers; determining a number of additional reports depending on the mobility grade of said mobile terminal; if said number of additional reports is not reached, generating and sending an additional report over said signaling channel comprising an additional channel quality information depending on channel quality measurements on at least one sub-carrier, said at least one sub-carrier building an herein called second group of sub-carriers, said second group of sub-carriers being different of said first group of sub-carriers.

The invention provides a machine-type communication terminal, an access method for the same and a base station. The problem that large quantities of MTC (machine-type communication) terminals randomly access a base station to cause excessively heavy signal load on the base station is solved. The access method for the machine-type communication (MTC) terminal includes that the machine-type communication (MTC) terminal transmits random access information I to the base station; the MTC terminal receives random access response information 2 which is generated according to the random access information 1 and is transmitted by the base station; the MTC terminal transmits random access information 3 to the base station when corresponding random access response in the random access response information 2 is matched with the MTC terminal; and the MTC terminal receives conflict resolution information 4 which is transmitted by the base station and corresponds to ID (identification) of a group containing the MTC terminal in the random access information 3, and whether the MTC terminal can access to the base station or not is determined according to information which is contained in the conflict resolution information 4 and is used for indicating access-granted MTC terminals in the group. The machine-type communication terminal, the access method and the base station have the advantages that network load is obviously reduced, and network congestion is avoided.

In another example, the selected resource allocation is the resource allocation that is indicated to have the best channel quality. The embodiment of the invention provides a low orbit satellite communication method and system in a sky-earth integration network. The method comprises the steps that: a first satellite acquires pre-established identifiers of all ground partitions; the first satellite moves to a second ground partition from a first ground partition, and according to the identifiers of all the ground partitions, an address of the first satellite is changed into a second address in the second ground partition, which has a second identifier, from a first address in the first ground partition, which has a first identifier; the first satellite broadcasts a satellite information packet to the second ground partition, so that a first user terminal receiving the satellite information packet keeps a local information table of the first user terminal according to the satellite information packet; and the first satellite acquires a local communication packet sent by the first user terminal according to the local information table of the first user terminal, and establishes a communication connection between the first user terminal and a target terminal according to the local communication packet. According to the method provided by the invention, resource waste of a communication system in the sky-earth integration network is reduced, and communication resources are saved.
