The invention provides a data grouping and uploading method for machine-type communication (MTC) equipment and an Internet of Things system, wherein the method comprises the steps that a plurality of MTC equipment are grouped, the MTC equipment and a base station are separately used for saving the grouped information which comprises grouping ID, intra-group equipment number and intra-group equipment sequence number of the MTC equipment; the base station receives the data uploading request sent by the MTC equipment, wherein the data uploading request carries the grouping ID of the group of the MTC equipment; the base station is used for allocating a resource block (RB) of a physical uplink sharing channel (PUSCH) to the group of the MTC equipment; all the grouped MTC equipment in the group are multiplexed with the RB according to the grouping information and transmit the data uploaded as requested in the RB; the base station is used for decomposing the data transmitted in the RB according to the grouping information to acquire the data uploaded by each MTC equipment and transmit the data to a MTC server. According to the Internet of Things system provided by the invention, the uniline cost for uploading the data by the MTC equipment is saved, and the control signaling used by the base station due to the dispatching of the MTC equipment is eliminated.

The embodiment of the invention discloses a method for sending broadcast multicast data through unicast. The method comprises the steps that a PGW (PDN Gateway) selects an EPS bearer for transmitting broadcast service according to a first session update request sent by a PCRF (Policy and Charging Rules Function); the PGW obtains an IP multicast service address of the broadcast service from a BMSC (Broadcast Multicast Service Centre) and binds the obtained IP multicast service address to the EPS bearer; and the PGW sends a second broadcast service transmission request to an MBMS (Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service) gateway, so the MBMS gateway sends the broadcast service, the bound EPS bearer is searched according to the IP multicast service address of the broadcast service forwarded by the MBMS gateway, and the broadcast service is transmitted through the EPS bearer. According to the technical scheme, network device resources can be utilized fully, the communication pressure of a GCS (Group Communication Service) application server device is reduced, the complexity and cost of researching and developing the GCS application server device are reduced, and the service quality demand of an application with relatively high timeliness is satisfied.
